About PXT Payments

We are an electronic payments company facilitating transactions via mobile devices such as peer to peer, onsite POS, mobile merchants, and on the Internet.

PXT Payments was founded in early 2004 as a smart card debit payment system for local parking meters, garages and participating merchants. Visit our Parcxmart site for more information.

In 2012, PXT Payments captured the mobile market with looped in™, a smartphone application that expands the merchant-consumer relationship, bringing bigger savings to the consumer, and higher profits to the merchant.

John Regan, President and Chief Executive Officer

John started PXT Payments capitalizing on his wealth of experience in leading a broad range of diverse sales organizations and building electronic payment products. John defines and steers the corporate strategy, company mission and product development initiatives. He is the vision behind looped in™.

Bill Nyhan, Private Equity Investor

Bill is Principal at Nyhan Associates, an investment and strategy firm. Previously he co-founded Office Environments of New England, the largest Steelcase dealer in the US. Bill has been a Principal at York Hill Company, a financial services and investment banking entity and a General Partner at Anconcagua Company, a venture capital firm. He also served as an Audit Supervisor at a PriceWaterhouseCoopers predecessor. Bill currently sits on the boards of Atlas Water Leasing, LLC, Barrington Partners Fund II, LLC and Atlas Watersystems.

Tom Feller, Private Equity Investor

Tom has held operational roles at Johnson and Johnson, Jensen Speaker, and Baxter Health Care in materials management, production management and plant management. He is active with over 30 Angel investments primarily in medical device, software and biotech companies.

Bengt Karlsson, Private Equity Investor

Bengt has had a career in civil engineering, with particular expertise in the area of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and software related to its operation. He has been an active investor in software-related startups and other companies since 2004. Bengt is a founding member of the First Run Angels, a group from the White Mountains region of NH, where he resides. He is also an active member of eCoast Angels in Portsmouth, NH.
